The Company has been in the wire and cable industry for over five decades. Based in Central California, its cable products are used nationwide to build infrastructure for telecommunications, power transmission, security systems and more. Customers are large telecom corporations (which represent a high level of concentration), regional utility and substation contractors, as well as smaller, local agencies and other groups.
The seller is willing to remain for the appropriate time to support a new owner and to help establish customer relationships. He is also open to longer term involvement in a consulting and growth planning role.
