The Independence Group completes the sale of an ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES COMPANY to an Investment Firm.

 

The Independence Group announced the completed acquisition of a California-based Environmental Services Company by Fernandez Holdings. The Independence Group played a key role in this high level transaction, bringing the opportunity to the table and successfully closing the deal to the satisfaction of both parties.  

Fernandez Holdings is a long-term investment firm that acquires well-run, profitable companies in a variety of sustainable markets including technology and communications, manufacturing and design, industrial robotics and automation, distribution and more.

The Environmental Services firm is a premier provider in the environmental remediation market, serving clients throughout the U.S. with environmentally sensitive properties and in emergency situations, providing for the removal, containment, and clean-up of hazardous materials.
