Brian Hullette has more than 25 of experience as an entrepreneur and business advisor. He has developed, owned and operated over seven corporations during his professional career, successfully guiding them through all facets of the M&A transaction cycle. Brian has deep experience in growing and scaling a company along with preparing for an exit. He has performed due diligence and negotiations on both the buy and sell sides. Brian is also very passionate about economic development in his region and being involved in the community. He serves on the board of various organizations including the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kingsport (Tennessee) and Kingsport’s Economic Restructuring Committee. Brian resides in Kingsport with his son, Logan.
